Position

Positioning glass and panels

The Winlet 600 combines powered travel with an extending arm and adjustable vacuum head. Fine lift and side shift allow small corrections when aligning a panel with its frame.

01

Fine adjustment

A 190 mm / 7.5 in hydraulic fine lift and 90 mm / 3.5 in side shift help align the panel with the opening while the machine supports the load.

02

Load orientation

The head offers continuous rotation and manual slewing of 90° to either side. The front tilt range is 124° with the arm horizontal.

03

Powered travel

Battery-powered wheel drive moves the machine between the pickup point and the installation area.

04

Side transport

The head can be turned for side transport of loads up to 300 kg / 661 lb, where the route accommodates the loaded machine.

Applications

Glass, stone and other compatible materials

The Winlet 600 lifts sheet glass and window units, and suitable suction pads extend it to stone and other rigid panels.

Glass & windows

For sheet glass and window units at the installation opening, with the pad arrangement matched to the panel.

Stone & worktops

Pads matched to the slab’s weight and surface finish let it lift and place worktops and stone cladding.

Other panels

Suitable steel sheet, tiles and other panels can be handled with a pad configuration matched to the surface.

Pads are chosen to suit the surface finish and the load rating of each job.

Working range & load diagrams

Lifting height is measured to the centre of the yoke. Extension is measured from the front bumper to the suction cup.

Two side-view diagrams of the Winlet 600 on a metre grid. The reach diagram shows the arm raised to about 3.3 metres, with load ratings of 600 kg, 425 kg and 300 kg at increasing reach. The pickup and place diagram shows loads of 600 kg, 550 kg and 300 kg being picked up at floor level.

Questions about the Winlet 600

Can a Winlet 600 lift stone as well as glass?

Yes. With suitable suction pads it handles stone and worktops as well as glass.

Can it lift 600 kg / 1,323 lb at full reach?

No. Capacity drops to 300 kg / 661 lb at maximum extension. The full 600 kg / 1,323 lb applies in the working positions shown in the load diagrams.

Will it fit through a doorway?

Often, yes. The machine is narrow enough for many standard openings, but the loaded route, turns and thresholds decide it, so we check them before booking.

Can it work outdoors?

Yes, it is built for indoor and outdoor work. Ground condition, slope and load position still need to stay within the manufacturer’s limits.

Do you rent the Winlet 600 elsewhere in BC and Canada?

Yes. We rent across British Columbia and in other Canadian provinces.

Is an operator included with the rental?

Yes. Every Pick & Place rental includes a trained operator.
